About

Stacy Miskew

Business Owner. Veteran. Problem-Solver.

Stacy Miskew is a business owner, husband, father, and problem solver who believes Alberta is at a crossroads.

Born and raised in Alberta in a family of teachers and farmers, Stacy learned early that accountability, discipline, hard work, and showing up every day matters. He began university but chose a different path, joining the military, serving in the reserves, and working in military intelligence. That experience shaped his approach to leadership, responsibility, and decision-making when the stakes are real, and the work he does goes beyond himself.

After his service, Stacy built his career by taking on challenges others avoided. He built his first IT company, then purchased Mr. Rooter Plumbing when it was just months away from bankruptcy and turned it into a thriving, multimillion-dollar business, operating it for ten years before selling. He also helped rebuild Tech Masters, another struggling company, transforming it into a thriving data center and business IT services operation, which he later sold.

Twice, Stacy took failing businesses and made them succeed, not with government handouts, but with grit, accountability, and follow-through. Now, he wants to give back and help restore the conditions that once made Alberta the best place in Canada to build a life, raise a family, and start a business.

Stacy was also invited to lead in billion-dollar organizations such as Flint Energy and North American Construction Group, as well as publicly funded organizations such as the Workers’ Compensation Board and Edmonton Catholic Schools.

Stacy believes representation starts with listening. He is running because Alberta needs results-oriented leadership at this critical moment, and he has spent his entire career proving he can deliver exactly that.
